Let’s talk Wine

Wine – talk about a great subject!!!  The United States consumes over 716 million gallons of wine a year!  Whether we are cooking with it or enjoying it with dinner and friends, wine has become a big part of our culture.  But wine is temperamental.  It has a lot of the same requirements that we humans do.  Good wine needs to be preserved properly to age as it should.  Think of old castles and their drafty cellars and you’ll have a good idea of what wine likes.  Wine likes dark, cool, humid places.  It likes to be undisturbed and it likes consistent temperatures.
