Important News Bulletin
SunWest Appliance Distributing is pleased to announce the opening of our new Installation Department, effective January 1, 2007. Our mission is to provide our customers with high quality, professional appliance installations and become a leader in the installation industry. The acquisition of My Three Sons Appliance Installation, LLC, operated by Curt and Sue Jansson, brings us one step closer in accomplishing this goal. We will serve both the retail and wholesale (building) markets.

Curt Jansson will be the new Installation Division General Manager and he brings SunWest over 15 years of appliance installation experience. Sue Jansson is the Service Coordinator and has worked closely with Curt on all installation appointments, customer service and billing for the past 15 years. We are excited to have Curt, Sue, and their team of installers join us.

Prior to the acquisition, SunWest Appliance Distributing had worked extensively with My Three Sons as an independent contractor. Their work ethic, their professionalism, and their quality of service made a great fit with SunWest. Although SunWest only distributes Viking, U-Line, Best by Broan and Brew Express, our Installation Division will service any and all brands with highest value of service and professionalism.

We at SunWest Appliance Distributing are excited about this acquisition and look forward to serving you, our valued customer. As we continue to grow our division, we will keep you updated on any valuable information and resources from our Installation Division. VIKING NEWS

Effective January 1, 2007 a price increase will go into effect on all Viking products. The increase averages about 5% on most products, but some items have gone up slightly more and others slightly less. All orders currently in our system or new orders placed with SunWest by December 31, 2006 will receive 2006 pricing if shipped by Monday, January 15, 2007. Any order placed on December 29, 2006 or before and not released by the dealer for shipment by January 15, 2007 will be billed per the January 1, 2007 price sheet. Items that are backordered as of January 15th will retain the 2006 pricing if shipped immediately upon SunWest receipt. Anything that is not taken by dealer as available will be changed to 2007 pricing.

U-LINE NEWS

Effective February 1, 2007 a price increase will go into effect on all U-Line products. The increase averages about 4% depending on the model. Some products are more price sensitive than others and this has been taken into consideration. All orders currently in our system or new orders placed with SunWest by January 31, 2007 will receive current (2006) pricing if shipped by Monday, February 12, 2007. Any order placed on January 31, 2006 or before and not released by the dealer for shipment by February 12, 2007 will be billed per the February 1, 2007 price sheet. Items that are backordered as of February 12th will retain the 2006 pricing if shipped immediately upon SunWest receipt. Anything that is not taken by a dealer when available will be changed to 2007 pricing.
